Dillan Harris was dared by her mother to take a Bikram class at the ripe, angsty age of 13 – neither of them realized this would be the beginning of a practice that has enriched every area of her life ever since. She has been teaching now for about 10 years, after being certified at a little studio in Katy, TX called Yoga West, and then later completing Level 1 Training with Baron Baptiste in 2014. Her practice is based in flow, finding power in every pose, every breath, and creating whatever medicine you seek on the mat.
After practicing and teaching in every city she lived in, she built up the guts and gusto to move out to Cali, where she discovered she could fly. She jokes that she was born during her first aerial silks improv dance, but it’s really not far from the truth. This fabric has changed her life, and now she can barely keep her feet on the ground. Last year she even traveled Europe with her silks in tow, practicing, performing and even teaching a workshop wherever she could find a sturdy place to rig – including Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Hungary, and Austria. After completing Paper Doll Militia’s Level 1 Teacher Training in Oakland this year, she wants to share her love of silks with the world, to remind us that there is enough magic in this world and in our bodies that we can fly.

Born and raised in Russia, homeland of world-famous dancers and gymnasts, Lena couldn’t help herself from developing deep love and passion for dance, physical theatre and circus arts. All of those wonderful forms of physical expression have influenced her style in the air, powerful and dynamic, yet soft, fluid and graceful. She is truly an artist with a strong creative vision and a passionate heart, that believes that art in any form is a universal language to communicate emotions, as there is nothing like watching a live performance.
Highly motivated and passionate about aerial/circus arts and dance, Lena loves sharing her extensive knowledge with her students. Her background includes wide range of physical training in circus arts, dance, physical theatre, yoga etc. She specializes in coaching various levels of vertical apparatus, which include aerial fabric, hammock, rope and aerial yoga, as well as conditioning, strengthening, handstands and stretching techniques. It is very important for Lena to be able to create a fun and safe environment for students, and approach a class with compassion, encouragement and patience.
Lena incorporates dance foundation in her teaching technique. Making sure to break moves down, so students have time and space to understand the foundations of aerial apparatus, before moving on to a next thing, progression by progression. She will guide students through fun dance warm-ups, which prepare body for movement on the floor and in the air, and focus not only on important skills and progressions, but also on the ability of connecting moves together, weaving them with seamless transitions, and learning how to actually dance in the air.

My name is Sheila and I am a dancer, yoga teacher, aerialist, musician, and global citizen. I am proudly of indigenous and Latin descendent (¡Hablo español!). Yoga has given me peace, joy, resilience, and “literal” stability. Every day I strive to open my mind to new ideas, my heart to new people, be true to myself, and give 100% effort. Not knowing the lyrics to a song has never stopped me from singing along...loud and proud. In turn, I invite you to explore and see your practice as creative time. I teach because I believe in its ability to heal the mind and body. I have a passion for teaching absolute beginners because you can never replicate beginner’s mind. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa certification and Aerial Yoga certification with Spectra School of Yoga in Costa Mesa, California. My yoga practice is rooted in my background as a professional dancer. I have dedicated myself to ballet, jazz, flamenco, and lindy hop. In my classes, I combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and community to help you deepen your practice. My goal is to have you step off the mat feeling refreshed, relaxed, and balanced. Namaste.

Veronica deSoyza is an E-RYT and an LMT. She is a former Broadway dancer/singer/aerialist. She has been practicing Yoga for over 20 yrs and teaching for 14yrs. Her certifications include Kundalini, Vinyasa, and AIReal Yoga. She has led Kirtan workshops and teacher trainings in Vinyasa and AIReal Yoga. She has been inspired by teachers such as Brian Kest, Seane Corn, Ira Rosen(Govindas), Baron Baptiste, Yogi Bajan, BKS Iyengar, and Lea Kraemer, to name a few.
Veronica discovered Yoga while honing a career in the performing arts. Her practice started off as just another way to move her body through space. She was obsessed with movement. Dancing gave her so much joy for so many years and here was one more way to find ecstatic movement on a daily basis. It wasn’t until years later that she discovered what a vital role Yoga was playing in her mental and spiritual health and evolution. Yoga became her church. It was where I went to find peace of mind, to seek higher purpose, and to connect deeply with community.Yoga has helped her live truthfully with passion and compassion. With yoga as my foundation, she was able to launch her career as a dancer, singer, and aerialist into success. There is no greater path for her now than to share her joy and success with others.
She believes that yoga is our way back to community. It is our way back to understanding our connection to all life around us, way beyond our physical realm. It's a way of really knowing who we are, discovering our full potential, and understanding the power we hold to heal ourselves and our world.
