•Ages: 8-14

The class for any kid who has ever dreamed of flying! Kids will have the opportunity to learn poses, tricks, and dance moves with an emphasis on cultivating their own unique style and creative movement - without judgment. Aerial is a challenging and fun way to build core and upper body strength, as well as a different kind of mind – body connection and body awareness.


•Ages: 5-10

Come play and learn new skills while racing against the clock. Kids will challenge themselves to navigate the obstacle course.


•Ages: 4-8

Parkour play encompasses running, swinging, jumping and rolling to get from Point A to Point B. Kids learn to tumble, jump, and more in this kinetic movement class. Instructors demo techniques and tricks and then give time for the kids to practice within a safe environment.  Timed obstacle courses, and free-play time, will make it hard to get them to leave!


•Ages: 7-12

Students will drill a variety of vaults, rolls, flips, and traverses in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the moves, both theoretically and kinesthetically, of parkour, and on their applications through instructor designed obstacle courses. The class offers a more structured atmosphere than Gym Play, with a high emphasis on skill development. All levels welcome. Class size is limited, so reserve your spot!
