200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

If you’re interested in deepening your practice - to become a teacher or for your personal growth- here’s a few details that will be useful to consider…
In this training you will receive:
A Teaching Manual which includes a training syllabus, posture workbook with images, a custom sequence, 100 page Yoga Anatomy course materials, history, philosophy and public speaking resources in print and MP3.
10 Weekends of hands-on training with 4 expert teachers.
If completed, a 200 Hour Certification approved by Yoga Alliance.
If you're ready to secure your spot and show your commitment there are a couple ways you can join.

Yoga nidra teacher training 2024
Join Yoga Nidra Facilitator and International Yoga Teacher Trainer Sam Bianchini for a 20-hour weekend journey into the history, science, philosophy, tools, and teaching methodologies of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra.
This training is open to all! No prior yoga teacher training is necessary. For those who are already teachers, this is a Yoga Alliance accredited 20hr continuing education course.
Includes 17 contact hours and 3 hours of self-study, reading & practice.

About the teacher, Sam Bianchini: Sam is an International Yoga Teacher and Healer. She studied in the lineage of Tantra (via the lineage of Rod Stryker and Pandit-Ji), and her training draws extensively from Sri Vidya, Forrest Yoga, Para Yoga, Bhakti, Ayurveda, and Wise Feminine and Shamanic Practices. She has also devoted nearly a decade of study around the world with many different medicine men and women. She currently teaches 200hr Yoga Trainings in Bali, Peru, and Costa Rica, as multiple Continuing Education courses in Nidra, Restorative, Yin, Sound Healing, and Ceremony. She leads retreats, workshops, and ritual around the world. Sam’s yoga classes are warm, strong, and soulful. She draws extensively from the teachings of Tantra, Ayurveda, and Forrest Yoga, and is known best for her communal classes that are held in the style of a deeply spiritual ceremony
Outside of the studio, she is an actress, director, producer, musician, and writer, as well as a lover of great wine, wolves, Tom Waits, Tom Robbins, Leonard Cohen, and her furry best friend, Guy. Sam is fiercely committed to making yoga for all beings, and to actively decolonizing Yoga in the west, as well as bringing awareness to the very needed anti-racism work in the Yoga and healing world to make yoga available for all our relations.

Yin Yoga: A Practice of Surrender
Join Amanda and Kathleen for a 30 hour Continuing Education Teacher Training to dive deeper into the subtle yet potent practice of Yin Yoga.
This immersive program will offer you the tools and knowledge needed to confidently teach and understand the practice. This training is great for those wanting to teach yin yoga or for students to simply gain more insight about the practice applying the knowledge wherever they see fit. Certified yoga teachers can use this program to fulfill their continuing education hour requirements.
